Review Time
It's been now almost a month, was toldy items would come this week ... It's Friday evening...nothing has come I'm absolutely fed up given what I ordered it's been incredibly inconvenient I've had to buy my order elsewhere!!
It's now been over 2 weeks since I reported my delivery was not delivered to my safe place as per my instructions DPD sent their photo of evidence of the delivery saying left in front porch , which was a complete lie their photo was of my order dumped in my front drive in plain site. My delivery instructions stayed must be left in front porch on order on actual address and on the actual door , Ethic Superstore continue to ignore me clearly expecting me to just give up I spend over £88 with them with some items being needed urgently they are aware of this I've chased them almost daily. DPD failed to follow the delivery instructions so my parcels left so visible have been taken and apparently Ethic Superstore think it's ok to ignore me. Until my items are delivered toe safety and I receive them not responsible for these items. I'm out of pocket and appalled at their attitude!!

Beware false information.Under the category "Palm Oil Free Laundry" I thought I'd check with the manufacturer before purchasing "Bower Collective Non-Bio Laundry Liquid". "Team Bower" confirmed in an email to me that palm oil is used in this product. My 2nd choice was "Ecover Delicate Laundry Liquid" which it turns out also uses palm oil in the product.I look forward to a response from Ethicalsuperstore!
My first time using this business. I bought a twin pack bokashi bin. Unfortunately the lid from one of the bins is missing. The bokashi bin is completely useless without the lid. I have effectively bought half a product. Customer Services have explained they will ask the supplier to send out a replacement lid, but nothing received so far two weeks later. I will amend the review when I receive, or don't receive the replacement part for the missing part.
The company has a great range of products for sale and I have used them a fair few times for bulk buys of eco-friendly household cleaning items and the the occasional non-perishable food items. Good to know the company's there to help, in preference to the giant online but not specifically ethical companies. I'd give them five stars but their standard delivery time can be slow.
Ethical Superstore website is one of the clearest and easiest to navigate that I have ever used. They have a great range of the kind of things I am always looking for and want to use. I order regularly and standard delivery is only a few days. It's an excellent service.
