Review Time
We were appalled to receive an indecipherable letter this Sunday afternoon about work starting early in the morning outside our home, the text etc is illegible. I called the office this Sunday afternoon at 0151 547 8800 and the lady who answered just told me to ring again in the morning. She showed no interest when I explained that a hearse and funeral cars will be arriving at the house on Tuesday morning..
we have a small business that takes deliveries all day every day through our roller shutter door on our small forecourt.
a MJ Qinn van pulled up outside our shutter to do some work on a pole down the road.
we asked the engineeers numerous times to move the van as we wont be abe to get our deliveries in. they went through numerous reasons they couldn't do this. the lad with the keys is up the pole, we will only be 20 mins etc.
they started laughing at our staff then started getting aggressive with them.
eventually after other people in the building went outside to ask them to move they did. this caused quite a lot of disruption for us.
Having FTTP installed. Mohammed Haroon was highly professional. Called ahead of the scheduled time to let me know he would be early, explained the process of the installation and carried out the work with no fuss or mess.
Throughout the installation he was polite and professional.

Kalvin, was very patient with us, as we were very fussy with where all the wires were to go. He kept up with all communication and as we couldn't be here on the day in him installing it he made sure we new when everything was done and sent a video of it.
Despite the challenging weather, I want to commend the engineer for his efforts in completing his part of the job for us, even though he was behind schedule. He was courteous, efficient, and clearly explained the connection process and the next steps for activation. A true asset to the company. Thank you.
My home had poor service, and I hoped that getting wifi would help. The technician came and completely resolved our issue, drilling with great care and ensuring there were no unsightly wires left! He was incredibly quick, well-organized, and highly effective! What a true delight - THANK YOU❤️
