Somebody took my card details and bought something from them, upon contacting them they refunded me in one day. Really honest company and for sure if I am going to buy esim it will be from them. 6 star rating.
Constant disconnection. I was forced to ask a shared connection to be able to be contacted from work. Support tried to help but nothing resolved. Even after a lot of exchange, the support was robotic and repetitive. After spending almost 100€ in 2 weeks with them, no refund for the times that I’ve had issues.
I am far from a technical person and had never previously purchased an eSIM. I purchased this for a 2 week holiday in Sri Lanka. It was easy and quick to set up. I had no problems and the connection was great throughout the entire time I was away. Would highly recommend this
TLDR: worked great, good coverage and value overall. Very quick support if any issues. Only data, no phone/SMS.Got 3G/30days eSIM for Peru. Sent me the eSIM right away, by email. Installed it in the US (you need network access to do so) and could see the SIM was valid, but I don't think you can truly test it till you land in Peru. As I landed, data didn't work but used the airport Wifi to contact their support through whatsapp, who replied right away and solved the problem in few minutes (had to add something into the APN which may be missing on their install instructions, not sure). Kudos to that! 3GB is plenty for normal Whatsapp stuff, maps... but not a lot if your phone starts updating apps/OS... so make sure to disable automatic updates/backups/etc.I did run out of data so bought a second eSIM while I was there and install it, no issues.
