Love the Ankh Belt in silver color, is very gorgeous and big, only Killstar ricreated my dream accessories and clothes goth and glam, really thanks! The Ankh is in a good material, very professional and fast delivery.
Nice for clothes and bags, absolutely NO for shoes. Awful quality, wrong architecture of heels where right and left heel always (I tried to order 3 pairs) are under different angle!! It’s like they do left and right on different factories…
And also bags and corsets came in normal conditions only on second time , first ones had scratches and second ones had a bit less scratches that are acceptable already… such a pity considering that styles are really good, what’s the problem to push for the quality???

My return experience is a nightmare, i returned goods 1 month ago and haven't heard from them since, no refund, no email, nothing. Contacting support is impossible, no email address and there is no form on their website...I don't know what to do so i hope this review reach them so i can get an anwser.A tip, just buy exactly what you need, you won't be able to return clothes and get your mocey back...
Ordered the Ank belt and Rituals dress. Neither fit even though the belt was originally listed as "one size fits all". As for the dress I even ordered a size up just for it not to fit properly. If you are someone who is on the heavier side like myself 5ft'0 190lbs save your money and your struggle with your body image. I love the look of the items but it's just not fat people friendly.
I have been a regular customer, but this return experience was very disappointing.I exercised my legal right of withdrawal under EU consumer law for an online order. This is a statutory right and does not require approval from the seller.Despite this, I was asked to wait 2–3 business days for my return request to be “reviewed”, while general customer inquiries are advertised as being answered within one day.This difference in response times feels unjustified and misleading, especially since the delay prevented me from returning the item without delay. I was not provided with a return address or return slip, which effectively blocked the return process.The overall experience felt less like customer service and more like an unnecessary obstacle to exercising a legal right. Unfortunately, this significantly reduced my trust in the store.
My order is stuck since the 10th of december and i already contacted the support twice only to get told once to just wait and the second time i haven't even got an answer. And now i got reminded two times to review my order i haven't even received...
