Regrettably, this company seems to neglect the importance of customer service. This became clear due to the insufficient follow-through and the subpar quality of work that was promised initially. Even after providing feedback, I was told I needed to invest more money—though at a reduced price—to fix the issue. Additionally, the product is not delivered promptly. Overall, the response and resolution did not meet my expectations.
The picture arrived today and truly surpassed my expectations. It was stunning and crafted with great care. Process took longer than expected, but the results are excellent! Taking a picture and turning it into art, that not only emphasizes the moment, but has hold together when cut and then transfer that into a program for a plasma table, cutting, cleaning, polishing and powder coating is a lengthy process! My story in steel is a 20th anniversary present to my wife and will remind us of that day for eternity! Truly an amazing piece!
The backing of the project was not to my liking.they claim there is a film on the backing jars. But there is not. It is sticky and dust sticks to it like glue. They had the mounting brackets installed on the wrong side. Then, they sent me the wrong sized replacement board. So, my project is still not complete. No response from customer service. The steel section was beautifully cut. However, they didn’t leave a support section and it just flops inside the rest of the metal cut out. It’s really disappointing for a $250 price of art. I should have saved my money and given the cash to my wife for her to buy what she wanted. I really wish I could get my money back.
