Purchased a pair of black Merino Wool Socks, What arrives a mixture of color of socks and written in Russian writing all over it. When requesting what has happened here they told me the socks were out of order and sent these instead. No communication to myself to ask if I wanted an alternative pair or not, They just sent it. Then upon looking at what they had sent, It was a much lesser product that was nearly half the price of what I had paid, I paid $60.99, And was sent socks worth $35.99. They offered me a 10% refund, Which is $6. When they have made $24.00 in profit from this deal in delivering the lesser brand of socks, Would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Seems to be a drop shipping company just purchasing from cheaper stores and placing their own mark ups. Now I have been robbed of $24.00 and am left with a far less superior product to what I had purchased. If they had asked if I wanted a refund or alternative item, I would have asked for the refund, But nothing was mentioned, Item was shipped same day purchase and had to wait for it arrive. Now I have to deal with chasing them up to see if they will refund my money they virtually stolen from me.
