Review Time
The pictures online just don't do the rings justice. They are handmade and precious. They work well for women and men. They are just breathtaking, an excellent value that's worth the wait. And they shipped to Alaska with no fuss and do their best to support their customers.
Our cremation glow rings went into production on December 22, 2025. We just got the rings today, 2/26/26. That is over 9 weeks! Customer service was great at first, while they were waiting on us to send them the remains, but after our rings went into production on December 22, it was terrible. They quote a 48-72 hour wait time for email responses. I sent an email in mid-January wondering what was going on. 73 hours later I hadn't gotten a response, so I sent another email. Then I got on FaceBook because they do not advertise a phone number nor do they have Chat available on their website. The person on FB kept sending me the link to a page explaining their shipping time. On that page it states glow rings take 2-4 weeks. We were way past that. So the person on FB sent me the link again, I guess assuming I'm an idiot. Patrick Adair should change their shipment info page to reflect actual ship times, but they know if they're honest, people won't order their rings. You can go to Etsy and get the same product in 3 weeks. Anyway, the person on FB told me that since I didn't wait for an email response, my email got sent back to the end of the line, even though I had waited the 72 hour time frame given. Mind you, I had waited 73 hours before I sent another. I finally get a response on January 23, stating that our rings should be done within the week and should be shipped out the following week. 2 weeks go by, it's February now, no rings. So I email them again, this time threatening to cancel the order or file a dispute with our cc company. That got me a response that said there had been "unforeseen issues" during production and the rings would be escalated in production. So 7 weeks in and NOW you'll escalate production? I never did get an answer as to what the "unforeseen issues" with our rings were but we suspect they left out the remains or something else big like that, but who knows? I don't, because they wouldn't answer the question. I sent yet another email, this time saying either you give me a ship date or we're calling our credit card company because at this point we were pretty sure this was a scam and we would never get our rings. Over 72 hours hours later we finally got tracking information. Over 9 weeks after our rings went into production we finally have them. They're pretty, but not worth what we went through to get them. Save yourself time and frustration and go to Etsy and search Glow Rings. You're better off there FOR SURE. We will never order from Patrick Adair again.
Buyer beware, I ordered the Solar Eclipse Glowstone Ring | Tungsten and Meteorite and regrettably paid $334 when all was said and done. While the order was simple enough, their sizing process smooth (at least for me), and communication acceptable, it was the actual ring that fell tragically low on the satisfaction chart. What is depicted on their online advertisement is a far cry from what I received. The only thing “meteoric” about the ring is the disappointment I felt after having received it. I now wear it to remind myself to be more mindful when making meaningful purchases. Any time someone asks me about the ring, which has been likened to a mood ring, I take the opportunity to proclaim, buyer beware of Patrick Adair Designs!
This service is truly frustrating. I placed an order and received no response for weeks, despite needing to make a change. When I finally managed to contact them, I discovered their return policy was suddenly only 48 hours. I strongly advise against associating with or purchasing anything from this seller. This experience was terrible.
I had already bought a new wedding band, but I kept receiving enticing offers. I decided to take the "Get Surprise Band, Half Off!" promotion to purchase a second one. I sized my ring and placed the order without any issues. I was unsure of what to expect, but a $150 ring seemed like a better deal than a $300 one of similar quality. I received a stunning tungsten ring featuring crushed opal inlay. The quality is excellent, and it fits perfectly. The opal shifts colors in the light, ranging from green to pink to blue, depending on the lighting. I'm very pleased with my choice. The delivery took approximately six weeks, which felt longer than expected. I assume they produce these rings in batches, and perhaps my discounted ring was just a slower seller being offered at a lower price. But that's just speculation. I also contacted customer service regarding an incorrect ring size I initially ordered. They were very accommodating and assured me they would rectify the issue. I've seen other rings they promote, and they look appealing, but the "moon glow" feature seems somewhat gimmicky. How often would I really use a black light on my ring? Nevertheless, if you're in the market for unique rings, I would definitely recommend them.
My wife and I wanted matching wedding bands for our 23rd anniversary—something unique, durable, and meaningful. After finding PAD on Facebook and YouTube, we chose the Radiant Stardust rings with meteorite and custom red/pink accents. Our first set arrived looking nothing like what we ordered—dark, dull, and lacking the glow we expected. We were disappointed, but PAD’s customer service quickly stepped up. They sent a return label, helped us rework the design with opal accents, and clearly communicated timelines. The remade rings arrived and completely exceeded our expectations. They’re stunning—vivid, luminous, and exactly what we hoped for. You can clearly see the meteorite and color accents, and the glow effect is fantastic.Bottom Line:⭐ Customer Service: 4.5/5⭐ Product Quality (Final Rings): 7/5⭐ Value: 5/5⭐ Durability: TBD⭐ Customer Satisfaction: 7/5PAD turned an initial disappointment into pure satisfaction. Their craftsmanship and care shine through—our rings truly live up to their name: Radiant!
They don't even send people tracking numbers when their order is shipped, terrible service that I couldn't recommend to anyone. When you're buying jewelry that cost a pretty penny. The least you can do is give people a tracking number as soon as it's sent.
This company completely ruined what was supposed to be a very special moment for me. My spouse and I had our rings sent back several years ago (yes, you read that right) to be re-sized as they were too big. After finding out they wanted to charge us money to send the ring to be fixed overseas, my spouse had enough waiting and had them send the rings back to us with nothing being done. If you are looking for a wedding ring, please, learn from my mistake and look elsewhere.
