I love the frames I get from your company, but the “special instructions” option is not helpful.I do not use glass for my framed embroideries, so do not need, nor want, glass. I was told I will have to call to place an order for a frame with no glass. This might make me reconsider ordering at all.
The frame customization options and the accuracy of the measurements were excellent. Unfortunately, the back of the frame was of very low quality. The pieces holding the backing were flimsy (one fell out in transit), and the back was only a piece of corrugated cardboard.
