It has been a little over 3 months that I have joined Dr. Shayfali's Happyfit program. The transformation journey has been simply amazing. I have lost more than 8 Kgs. But more importantly what I have "lost" is the feeling of not being in control around food. Dr. Shayfali's program revolves around our relationship with food and that is what makes it absolutely unique. Her simple ways of explaining how our upbringing and thought patterns are closely related to our relationship with food, changed my entire perspective to being healthy and happy in my own body.
From an emotional eater I have become a controlled, conscious eater.
From self sabotage I have learnt to self prioritize.
I no more feel guilty around food.
I no longer abuse food to manage my emotions.
And that has been the real learning for me in this program.
I would highly recommend this program to anyone who is tired of just following fad diets without understanding how the body works, tired of feeling guilty of not having control. Go for the program and trust me - you would be thanking your stars for having come across a wonderful guide and person - Dr. Shayfali Bhardwaj.

I contacted Dr. Shefali for my son. He was 116 kgs at that time. After interacting with her he agreed to proceed with the program. It worked wonders for him both externally and internally. He came down to 86 kgs. This is the time I realised the importance of internal emotions to combat everything in life including being fit. I had wonderful experience with her. The way she made me feel about myself was so smooth without myself realising the changes happening in myself. Joining Dr. Shefali’s three-month wellness program completely changed the way I think about food and health. She helped me understand that true wellness begins in the mind before it reaches your plate.

My goal was never weight loss—I simply wanted to feel healthy and energetic, knowing that weight loss would naturally follow. After a few sessions, we identified the core reasons behind why I was feeling unhealthy. Dr. Shefali addressed these issues both mentally and through food, which made the process feel holistic and sustainable.

What I truly appreciated was that she didn’t ask me to drastically change my daily diet or lifestyle. Instead, she worked around what I was already used to and helped me make it better. Over time, I noticed my relationship with food improving, and in turn, my relationship with myself also became healthier.

I worked with Dr Shayfali for a 3-month program focused on food pattern healing, mindful eating, and healing my relationship with food, and I genuinely loved the experience.If you’re someone who’s been stuck in a zigzag cycle of losing weight, gaining it back, and starting over again, this should be your first stop. Because healing your relationship with food, understanding why certain behaviours show up, and learning how to curb them is more precious than any generic diet plan.Dr Shayfali is incredibly supportive, kind, and empathetic. She listens properly, meets you where you are, and doesn’t push unnecessary restriction. She takes your likes/dislikes seriously and suggests food in a way that feels realistic and sustainable. What I appreciated most is that she explains the “why” behind her suggestions, instead of doing what so many people do in this space: take your height/weight and hand you a random calorie-deficit plan.She also has a life coach energy (because she is one), and you can feel that in the way she works. It’s not just “diet” with her. It’s lifestyle change, behaviour work, cravings, patterns, healing, and actual long-term support.And the results have genuinely stayed with me. During the program (and even after), I saw real improvements. My blood reports came out great, and I also lost weight in a sustainable way without gaining it back. It’s been a few months since the program ended, and I still use what I learned with her. That, to me, is the biggest proof that this works.I would recommend Dr Shayfali 100% to anyone who wants real, lasting change.

A Practical, and Life-Changing Nutrition Journey with Dr. Shefali

I’m in my 40s and had been looking for a good nutritionist for quite some time. Although I’ve always been health-conscious, long office hours and a largely sedentary routine made it hard for me to follow a consistent diet. When I consulted Dr. Shefali, my blood reports showed hypertension and high LDL. It wasn’t easy to accept at first, but her calm and practical approach helped me understand the situation and move forward with confidence.She created a simple diet plan based on Indian food, exactly as I had requested, which made it very easy to follow—even on fasting days. Shayfali comes with insights and inputs that differentiate her from the rest especially the emotional eating and the deep dive in understanding the root cause of the patterns. A Holistic Program

If you are thinking of sustainable weight loss and healthy lifestyle a course with Dr.Shefali may be what you’re looking for! It’s been 6 months of guidance from Shefali and each day has made a difference in my approach to food, a mindset change and an acceptance of myself. What was it that worked here you may ask. Well firstly I didn’t feel I was eating any different. My calorie intake was fitted into my South Indian cuisine. Portion control was the key along with a balanced meal of low carb fibre and protein. Along with it was mild physical exercise required for my issues and breathing exercises. Emotional wellness is extremely important to sustain weight loss. Daily affirmations of healing and positive thoughts helped in encouraging me to continue. At no time did I feel I’m fed up or wanted to give up. The I Can in me was energized by the affirmations.
