Order cancellation due to non-delivery

I placed an order on December 24th, 2024, but never received the items. The shop replied to only a few of my emails. After waiting a month, I had to cancel my order and request a refund, but I really just wanted the merchandise. As a former player, I wanted to support American Football in Europe by wearing the team's gear. This experience has been incredibly disappointing.

Terrible experience with my order

I had a terrible experience ordering a galaxy shirt and hoodie, both in purple. Instead, I received a black hoodie with the wrong design and no shirt, and the package arrived in terrible condition. They don’t respond to emails at all. Thankfully, I purchased through a payment platform and filed a claim. I advise against buying from them.

Frustrating refund process

The refund policy is extremely frustrating. First, you need to register your return shipment, and then you have to wait indefinitely. They claim they need to check the return first, which is unheard of. I’ve been waiting for five days and still can't return my order. This is unacceptable, as it delays my refund even further. I strongly advise against purchasing from this shop.

Paid for expedited shipping but faced issues

I paid for expedited shipping (maximum of four days). After six days without my order, when I requested a refund for the shipping, they decided to cancel my entire order without any explanation. This was a poor experience, and I recommend staying away from this service.
