Unfortunately, I did not get my package I ordered from Black Friday deals, and it was a huge shame.
I am still leaving 5 stars because the entire shame fell on DHL which lost my package, and there were efforts from Europesnus to recover it twice, however, only 3 months passed, and fortunately or not, I stopped smoking, so I just asked for a refund.
Big thanks to Sofie from customer service 🙌 as she was incredible throughout this journey, replied almost instantly, and made the entire experience worthy of 5 stars - since I am from a country that DHL (probably) does not have the greatest infrastructure in (surprisingly), however, it would be naive to blame it on Europesnus - besides, it was my second package, the first one, with the proper local delivery providers, arrived in less than a week, no complaints. Great products, great prices, but I just stopped smoking due to waiting for so long 😭
I initially had an issue with my first order, as 2 cans were missing from the package. I contacted customer service and they responded quickly and handled everything in a very professional way.They immediately provided store credit and made sure the situation was resolved smoothly. My new order arrived without any issues, and they even included a small gift, which was a very nice and thoughtful gesture.I really appreciate the fast communication, transparency, and customer-focused approach. Very reliable service, I will definitely order again.
