The dress arrived promptly, but it was at least two sizes smaller and more beige than blush. I was about to return it only to find out it can't be returned as it's marked final sale. Now I'm £49.99 out of pocket for a dress I dislike. Very dissatisfied.
If I could, I would give this company zero stars! I ordered a dress for a wedding, but it didn't fit. Returning it was a hassle due to their costly return policy, and I lost the receipt. I explained this to customer service, but they refused to issue a refund, leaving me out around £50. While I understand the need for proof, it's frustrating that there's no alternative way to verify returns. This company has effectively taken £50 from me without refunding, despite my returning the dress. It's a complete scam—avoid buying from this seller! There are many other affordable options with better return policies and customer service.
