I had to size down a bikini top and Adele was so helpful with replying quickly to my request for an exchange and she shipped out the correct size top within a few days!
Absolutely incredible customer service. I was missing an item in my order but customer support responded within a few hours (super quick).
After trying on all my pieces, I wanted to exchange some items because some were to small or didn't compliment my body type. Customer support informed me that they were in the middle of restructuring their return policy so they let me keep ALL of my items because they wanted to reduce carbon emission.
I spent nearly $300 and they sent me a gift card for my entire order back so I could repurchase other styles that better suited me! Literally have never had customer support as wonderful as this and my impression of the brand has really elevated due to this experience. Thank you so much Bright Swimwear!!!
And also yes the swimsuits are cute, well made, and affordably priced which is what drew me in initially but this experience has made me a long term customer.
I absolutely loved the bikini!! The fit and quality are amazing! The medium I ordered was just a little too snug, but the team at Bright Swimwear made the exchange super quick easy and were incredibly helpful and nice! I can’t wait to wear my bikini this summer :) I will definitely be buying more!!
I bought two tops and two matching bottoms during a sale, using the size chart to select sizes. Unfortunately, the sizing was off. The tops are too small, and I wanted to exchange them for a larger size, but the seller refused, stating that all sale items are final. I don't recall that being mentioned at checkout, and it doesn't appear on my invoice. This feels like a scam. Clearly, the company doesn't support its products or care about customers. After reviewing their policy, it seems all sale items are final. This is misleading.
