Ordered Friday afternoon, and still not dispatched by Wednesday, telephoned to be told they have no stock and the website should not have shown stock available, BUT why did I have to contact them about this when it should have been cancelled and refunded by them within 24-48 hrs with an explanation, I even emailed them Tuesday with no responsecommunication awful!fortunately they refunded me whilst I was on the phoneI now have to attempt to get medication elsewhere and this has caused a delay.
I have done all that they asked me to with my order, the payment taken on the 16th of February and I've heard nothing since I set up an account which is now just showing no orders made I've emailed on a few occasions and heard nothing back its really not acceptable, had to go through my bank to try and get my money back so i can go to another pharmacy.
There was a short delay with my order but I spoke to a member of the team and it was due to a supplier issue. I was given a £15 refund and my order is due to be delivered today. Very happy with the response. Good prices and good customer care.Delivered this morning.
I contacted them about Zebound. I told them that I needed a higher dose. They said I was approved for the does that didn’t help me. They said I could not cancel. They said shipments were delayed as supplies are slow. So, I’m out $400 and no meds. Do not get involved with this company.
Ordered mounjaro got approved the Sunday morning got approved the Monday I seen the reviews which panicked me a bit I rang got through straight away spoke to a lovely bloke who said he will get it out to me that day which was the Wednesday arrived Thursday
Customer service was great until well it wasn't? Seems to have dropped off the face of the earth. Been advised I would need to go back to 2.5mgWhich is fine I've asked the question of if that's something they can do and refund the difference Currently no answer.
I placed an order on 17th Feb for my next mounjaro pen. I am already out of medication and my next dose is due tomorrow - 25th Feb. I have emailed, but no response as yet. Can't find any contact details on your website! Then come on here and read various reviews of similar people in same situation!! Honesty & clear communication would have been a better strategy than avoidance and leaving people wondering where their expensive paid for medication is and when it might turn up. Please can you let us know what the situation is with your stock and when we can expect our orders.
