The transfer process is painfully slow. It took an astonishing 6 weeks for the funds to reach my account. To make matters worse, the amount transferred was US 50,000 (equivalent to Saudi Riyal 187,497), but only SR 183,745 was deposited. This leaves a significant shortfall of SR 4,152, which is about USD 1,091 missing from the transfer! It's incredibly frustrating. I advise everyone to stay away. I have all the receipts, but I can't find an option to upload them. I warn you sincerely... They play games with withdrawals, using our funds for over a month before finally transferring, and then a large amount is deducted from the total. I checked with the bank, and they confirmed that this amount is from the company. Be cautious, as my advice is genuine. All I received from them when I inquired about the delay was, "We have raised your issue to the concerned department," which did nothing for almost 6 weeks! I have photos of the transferred amount and the deposited amount, showing a massive difference of over a thousand dollars. Where did it go? NEVER AGAIN. NEVER.

I reached out to the support team multiple times during this period and submitted all requested documents, yet my communications were ignored until my account was frozen and my profits withheld. They stole my profits of $75,000. They are not registered, and when I made a comment on their website, they blocked me unfairly. Their justification letter claims I violated trading rules, specifically by scalping, and they used this to terminate my account and restrict access to my funds. They promise to refund only the initial deposit, which often means no profit return at all. This type of message is typical of unethical offshore brokers. A legitimate broker would provide clear evidence of any rule violations and allow for appeals. Since this company has done none of that, I strongly support my complaint.
