A very proactive approach by this company. The team installed the ev charger kit with minimal inconvenience (power supply off for circa 40 mins) and had the answer to an issue they uncovered re the existing system. They soon had me connected to the app which looks straightforward.When compared to the ‘big’ names they installed more quickly and offered much better value.
I always try to work with small independent traders when I can, but this time got my fingers burnt. Alex was very helpful at the start (Nov25 through Whatsapp) and we agreed a price for him to install an Ohme epod at my property. I even paid him a £200 deposit.It took him until the 16th January to turn up, the work from the fuse box to the charger was OK but he then placed the wrong charger on the wall (Rolec evo) saying that there was a problem with Ohme and he would put this one on as a temporary measure and return to provide what I had ordered. He never returned. Despite many further messages he still kept coming up with ever more fanciful excuses, the Ohme epod which he originally told me he already had, all of a sudden was only on its way to him, he then even provided a picture of a Royal Mail tracking notice with no number or address on, to try to pull the wool over my eyes. It's a great shame, I gave him plentiful opportunities to resolve the issue, but unfortunately he cannot be trusted to respond and I cannot recommend him to others looking for a supplier.
Alex was excellent from initial enquiry through to installation. Turned up exactly when he said he would, quoted and charged the same price (very competitive) and did a really neat and tidy job. He ensured all paperwork was completed and handed over and the charger was set up and ready to go. We are very happy with our new charger!
Brilliant and supportive service. Would recommend this company and a cheap overnight charge for an EV is what my wife needed. Getting 5.5p overnight which is great. Good equipment and fitted quickly. We did need a longer cable to allow driving forwards rather than reverse but was also supplied. All a great experience. Richard
I hired Alex to install my EV charger, and while there were some communication issues during the process, the job was completed satisfactorily in the end.Adam did the initial wiring work professionally, but then there was a delay of several days before the charger itself was installed. This was due to unexpected delays in receiving the charger unit. Since I had paid upfront, I became concerned during this gap, particularly due to communication gap. However, once we discussed the situation and cleared things up, Alex came through and installed the charger on Friday evening, getting everything working properly.Better communication during the waiting period would have eased my concerns, but Alex is trustworthy and genuine person and completed the work as agreed.
