Brilliant service from CaliCampers. Phoned and left a message Monday morning . Within 10 mins had a call back to discuss the part I required . Tailgate door catch for my 2003 Caravelle. The part arrived the next day. I will be abke to access my van through the tailgate for the first time in a year … hooray
Recently bought a set of 5 injectors from this company for a T4 2.5 102 BHP only to be told by the Bosch agent installing them they are not the correct ones and that they are actually out of a Audi 100 2.5 TDI, which apparently do fit but are longer in the body and the nozzle squirts diesel in the wrong Direction, so they fitted my original T4 nozzle to the Audi 100 sensing injector body and re pressure tested, which wouldn’t have needed doing had they supplied the correct genuine parts as promised, phoned them and was met with complete arrogance that “ I strip 1000’s of these a day which he changed to a month after I questioned that volume 😂😂” and “ we know everything as we are the largest T4 breakers in the country” asked for a partial refund to cover changing the nozzle and retest, which was refused and I don’t trust them anyway if I send the parts back to refund my money, totally dishonest and terrible attitude on the phone, I also asked them to speak the expert on the subject Bosch agent who installed them,Which he refused probably knowing all along what they are selling is not correct!! So I have a set of Audi 100 injectors for sale now!!! Great 😌
For me it’s all about service and a great customer experience and you won’t get that here. You will be disappointed. Trust me. I was made out to be stupid for being a novice (which is partly true being new to understanding better the t4) but being given zero advice for the product I purchased (a single rear chair and belt) with them knowing full well it would not fit without major work needed to the van itself. Sadly they don’t care and just want the money over repeat custom and great advice. They think they are an island to vw parts and thus don’t understand that such a negative and poor attitude towards the customer will result in these reviews and loss of future sales. Don’t expect refunds or advice you just won’t get it here. Make sure you know your stuff and really check out the parts you are getting as it’s not an honest company.
just bought engine and gear box mount for my t4, looks fairly new and a good price, allways a brilliant service such lovely people allways good for a natter, been buying t4 parts off them for about six years now,i wouldnt buy any where else
These guys had all the parts I needed for my T4 and shipped them very quickly. One part was wrong, so I returned it and had the replacement part the following day.Despite the mistake the team were really helpful and apologetic and dealt with everything really quickly.Great service and excellent value, cheers guys!
Amazing place, I've used these guys for 7 years, the only place I'd use to get parts for my T4. Really helpful nice guys and every part you could want for your Transporter, great advice too from people who have owned T4's for years. I can't recommend them enough and will be returning to get my side door fixed and to buy some more bits for my old girl, we need more of these places around so appreciate what these enthusiasts do and keep them going.
Searching for a French friend on UK sites for a difficult to find T4 pulley he couldn't source in France I was recommended to try CaliCampers.Jack was extremely helpfull, found one in his stock & went out of his way via numerous messages to confirm it was the correct OEM part number.
