It's much more efficient and cost-effective to connect with a local, trustworthy driver instead of using this service, especially after my experiences in December 2025. I found the service to be quite unprofessional when it came to addressing customer complaints, and there seems to be no clear refund policy. In my view, the owners appear to be more focused on profiting from pilgrims rather than ensuring a fair and fulfilling experience for us.
