Indirectly Discriminated because of disability , charged more APR (21 percent ), no option for my circumstances , I’m not unemployed because that means someone that is out of work looking for work. I have stable income pip, also brokers reporting incorrect information in regards to circumstances.

They ask for a mobile bill15 mins later this is the transcript from a email Hello We are needing some more information from yourself please can you call in on 01246458808My reply Hi just called What information do you need. Thanks There reply Hello When you call in who you speak with will go over the information needKind regardsMy replyThey just asked for a bill with my name on it ?? Im a work so will struggle to call backThere reply HiYes we are needing a copy of your bill >>>>>>>>>>>>>Looks so unprofessional and REALLY !!! Why not just say I just spoke to you we need a copy of your mobile number. TBH if it carrys on ill just pull the purchase as seems like its FAR to difficult to even get a proper response. Im not calling 3/4 times. The whole process is online they offer finace and agreed terms i have called them and now its upto them if they want MY money if they don't someone else will* issue isn't with calling inIts the school boy emails after when I checked what they wanted And asking me to call in again to find out Then telling me what I have to know.Update ..... after emailing all day (7/8) and going to cinch to checkout as told finace is accepted i can't get any further after. No where to check out upload id or pay So I called They are now on about a hyundi not the actual car we have been talking about all day. God knows what these lot are about. But im going to pull out of this

I began the process of applying for finance in order to get a new car relatively quickly to get too and from work. I spoke with James who was absolutely fantastic, he kept me updated on the status of my application and as soon as the payout was made to my car dealership, James informed me so that I could let them know and collect the car, he couldn’t have been more helpful if he tried!! Massive thank you :)
