My BnB Accelerator is incredible! Years ago I used to do all the research, negotiating, financing and issue resolution on my own. Not any more, this is a game changer for me and my family, they do all the heavy lifting to get us great deals. The involvement of transactional coordinators (TCs) added some complexity, as funds had to be moved into a third-party account and then returned to mine, which felt a bit cumbersome. A detailed flow chart outlining the process could have streamlined communication and improved overall clarity.Despite these minor challenges, the outcome was worthwhile, and I’m pleased with the results. With slight adjustments to process transparency, this could easily become an exceptional experience.

Overpriced - you can find deals on your own, they charge 25k fee to be in their program. Got wrong advices on tax situation and which state to open the LLC which holds the property. Had more costs than expected bc of another deed transfer. Be careful reviewing the deals and also the comps they include.
