If I could give no stars, I absolutely would. I regret not checking the reviews before placing my order. I ordered three items for Christmas gifts in November, and after weeks of following up and being ignored, I finally received a delivery, but one item was missing. The quality of the items that did arrive was mediocre. When I asked about the missing item, they made me feel as though I was lying. After insisting they either send the missing item or issue a refund, I was told almost two months later that 'the item is now out of stock'. Dealing with them has been a total nightmare. I strongly recommend avoiding this service and spending your money elsewhere. The clothing isn't even that impressive.

Disappointing quality of the tracksuit.

I just received the tracksuit, and the quality is extremely disappointing. The hoodie is nearly see-through, and the labels are simply ironed on. The joggers are not what I expected at all; I had hoped they would match the photo but was left feeling let down.

Avoid this company at all costs!

Please do NOT order from this company; they are a complete scam. I ordered items in October for Christmas gifts and still haven't received them. Tracking confirmed the items were being returned, but after multiple emails, I've had no response and they've kept my money. Their customer service is nonexistent; it's an absolute disaster.

This service is highly unreliable.

This service is incredibly unreliable. They accepted my funds but denied every withdrawal request. I tried every strategy possible. Their representatives kept changing their story about when I could reach support. Another service provided exceptional help and prevented what could have been a financial disaster.

Tracksuit is a poor imitation.

The tracksuit I received is a poor imitation of what was advertised. The material is cheap, and the logo is printed rather than embroidered. The print color doesn't match the leopard print on the hoodie or trousers. They might offer you a discount to keep it, or you can pay to return it. If you paid with a credit card, ask for a refund and consider reporting them.

The emotional toll of being deceived was far worse than the financial loss. I trusted the process and ended up losing everything. A certain service provided hope when I had none, and their expertise eventually helped recover my funds.

Extremely disappointing experience.

This company is terrible and a complete rip-off. I ordered a jacket and received a completely different one with a broken zipper and poor stitching. The quality is very low. Their return policy states you can't return items unless they're unopened, which is impossible since you can't know if you're satisfied without opening them. I've sent photos of the poor quality to customer support and have had multiple complaints ignored. Do not purchase from this company; it's a scam.
