For the 2nd time the courier did not…

For the 2nd time the courier did not knock the door or leave the parcel anywhere.i have checked everywhere and it is not delivered to me. i will not purchase anything again that is delivered by evrii am extremely upset by this and have lost a lot of money . the customer service dept has done nothing

Beyond Useless!!

This company to beyond useless when my usual courier is not working. Yet again a parcel is missing and I’m trying to sort from Dunelm where my delivery was purchased. Tracking states delivery attempt on Monday 24th which is a total lie because I had an email stating my delivery was delayed. I trust nothing this company says. I suspect the ratings on Trustpilot are gained by default and only customers with a good experience have been asked to recommend!! Despite having an updated account with Evri stating a named safe place and photo, parcels are still left at the front door or if I’m lucky out of view at the back door in the pouring rain. Does Evri not train staff with common sense and procedures?
