Parcel was left on the top step

Parcel was left on the top step. Never saw the courier and did not let me know the parcel was there. If I hadn't checked myself the parcel could have been there overnight or longer as I don't get out much.

Delivered with no care

I had a number of deliveries and the drivers never call that the parcel is delivered not to mention that my parcel is always left in an unsafe place instead of the six floor. If not at home it could be left in front of my door on the 6th floor. Horrible attitude with no care.

If I could score zero

If I could score zero, I would. Firstly parcel delivered to wrong address. I contacted Evri. Whilst waiting for their reply a neighbour delivered the parcel that had been left on their doorstep. I immediately contacted Evri to say it had been found and delivered … their reply apologised and told me to contact the seller regarding the undelivered parcel. I replied asking them to re-read my email saying that the incorrectly delivered parcel had been handed to me by a neighbour. The Evri reply states that they are unable to give a refund or replacement and to contact the seller. I thought the delivery driver was sloppy, but gave no words for the incompetence of the customer services!
