I have ordered a lot of items through evri, and usually everything goes smoothly but its twice now where ive order small items like jewellery or charms and they have been taken out of the packaging, and its arrived empty. this both happened in envelopes because there clearly easiest to steal from, so beware when posting and labelling what your posting, and maybe make the parcels slightly bigger or put them in bubble wrap to avoid this happening.

I just received a message says “ EVRI: We stopped by at 12:37 to deliver your parcel, however nobody was home so it has been taken back to our depot. Rebook slot“ from this phone number +44 7784 572266 with the parcel reference C00HHA0182573528 but I was never attempted to deliver & I received the message at 3pm?? If it was there at 12.37pm why no one called or message me? And what’s even funnier the reference number doesn’t even work, when I put it in the chat and track it, it says the reference number is 3 months old! Loooool what’s a shit service seriously!!

Very poor delivery service. My parcel from Marks & Spencer was marked as delivered by Evri, but I never received it. The only “proof” provided was a random photo of a bin, which does not show delivery to my address at all. No delivery attempt, no knock on the door, and no card left.
Customer service simply says the parcel is delivered and refuses to investigate properly. This is completely unacceptable and extremely frustrating for customers. Everyone note that this is another trick they just reply to any comments about reaching on the website or number. I have tried all that its all lie.

They have left my package outside my entry phone flat system so anyone can steal my items, what is the point of having an app which you leave instructions of safe places
I really hope Evri go bankrupt and disband for good

Despite constantly trying to get in contact with Evri and providing additional details for my address numerous times including a postcode for the houses opposite me, they failed to deliver my packages resulting in a refund from the original sender. I have never rated Evri as a delivery company, its very hit and miss some of the couriers are good whilst others have no care or make any effort to deliver the product. I know they are cheap but you get what you pay for and Evri in my opinion does not provide a consistent level of service and they are impossible to get hold of!!!!!

I ordered an item from Lakeland who by the way were great and they use Evri, my parcel that was sent lakeland made it to the Evri warehouse and never left, EVER, still there as far as we know!!!
Lakeland apologised and sent another, this made it into the Evri Burmuda Triangle and sat there for 6 days until Lakeland fired a rocket in Evris direction, we saw on Evri's site it was on for delivery the very day they got the rocket between 6 & 9pm, while this didn't arrive.
3 days later a neighbour called me who was keeping a eye on another neighbours house who was on holiday and wo and behold she found my £200 parcel thrown behind a wall and had been out in all weather's all that time, somebody somewhere needs firing for pure incompetence!!!

Parcel delivered and left on the front door step in full view of passers by. There are clear instructions for parcels to be delivered to a safe place which only happens occasionally. Please allow your staff an adequate amount of time to travel, read preferred delivery safe places and do their job safely.

Very bad service.the parcel was supposed to come on Saturday, it did not ,I downloaded the app which couldn't recognise my tracking number, eventually I changed my delivery address to the local pick up point,however the driver rang me wanting to delivery it to my house,I told him that wouldn't be possible I was at work and I had arranged for it to be dropped off at the pick up point which he didn't want to do and he sent the parcel back to evri who I can't get hod off now,evri are incompetent

One of the worse company I have ever encountered, they drop your parcels in the street, then you put a formal complaint and they email you back to apologize and they never contacted me back in several complaints I had made, customer service extremely poor and they never get back to you. Many parcels magically disappear too

I’ve had consistently terrible experiences with this courier company, and my latest one has pushed me to write this review. They repeatedly deliver parcels to completely random locations that have nothing to do with our building. Every delivery turns into a scavenger hunt, walking around nearby blocks trying to locate something that should have been handed to me or left safely at my door. It’s careless, unreliable, and shows a complete lack of basic responsibility.

What makes it even more frustrating is that there is absolutely no way to speak to a real person. No agent, no support line, no meaningful customer service. Their IVR system goes nowhere — I raised a concern once and never received any response. It feels like they’ve designed their system to avoid customer contact altogether.

The worst incident happened recently when I ordered personalised items for my son’s first birthday — something important, sentimental, and time‑sensitive. The tracking update claimed the parcel was left “near the rear door of communal parking,” which is not even close to my building and definitely not a secure location. By the time I searched the area, the parcel was gone. This completely ruined our plans and caused unnecessary stress during what should have been a joyful celebration. Thankfully, the retailer agreed to resend the items, but only because they recognised the courier’s mistake.

I genuinely have no idea what kind of service this company believes it is offering. Delivering to random places, providing zero customer support, and taking no responsibility for lost parcels is unacceptable. A courier’s basic job is to deliver items safely and reliably — something this company fails to do repeatedly.

I would strongly advise retailers to reconsider using them and customers to avoid them if they value their time, money, and peace of mind. When I checked with my neighbours, the story is no different about Evri experience!
