Extremely unprofessional service

Their brokerage services rank among the worst I have encountered in 15 years in finance. Order executions are poor, with some trades and open positions disappearing unexpectedly. Corporate event handling is often incorrect and delayed, with positions settling at unfavorable prices that may not exist. They do not acknowledge their mistakes, making compensation almost impossible. Customer support responses can take hours or even days. I advise steering clear of this unprofessional entity.
