Disappointing support from this provider. Even after 48 hours, there has been no resolution to the issue I raised, and surprisingly, the ticket was marked as resolved without a technician's visit. The problem remains—no internet connectivity even after 48 hours. This is my second complaint about the same issue within the last 10 days.
I had a very disappointing experience with the internet service. Initially, I was promised one month of free internet with a six-month subscription at a rate of 300 for cable charges. However, they later charged me 500 for cable. When I spoke with the team leader, he mentioned the extra month of free internet. Now, after six months, they are asking me to recharge for another six months to receive two months free. Additionally, the equipment had issues for four months, and I had to pay for repairs. I cannot recommend this broadband service.

One of the worst internet services I've encountered. The connection is highly unreliable with frequent drops, slow speeds, and interruptions that make basic browsing difficult. Their customer care is equally frustrating; they always say, “Everything is fine from our end, please reboot your modem.” Nothing gets resolved. I deeply regret opting for their three-month package and would not recommend this service to anyone.
Terrible customer support. The chat representatives provide the same responses repeatedly. I've been waiting for my refund for 45 days, as I was promised it would arrive within that timeframe. Now that the 45 days are up, they are asking me to wait another 45 days. This company is running a pathetic operation; you’ll end up waiting 90 days for your own money.
I purchased internet on November 14, 2025, and it has been frustrating from the start. The installation was poorly done, with cables left hanging. After calling for three days to fix basic wiring, my internet went down for 26 hours. Despite raising multiple tickets and following instructions, the issue remained unresolved until I contacted a technician. Again, my internet stopped working for over 32 hours, and despite numerous calls and emails, I have no resolution. This has been one of the worst ISP experiences I've had. The support is unresponsive, the service is unstable, and the installation was careless. I regret choosing this provider.
Disappointing experience with misleading claims. They collected my details and full payment without checking feasibility. No router or wiring was installed, yet they claim my services have started. How can services start when nothing is set up? Customer care keeps transferring calls, losing records, and providing contradictory information. This experience was completely unprofessional and frustrating. I strongly advise others to avoid this service.
