The camera was sent out but got lost in transit. After weeks of trying to sort things out, they refused to send a replacement, leaving my son without a Christmas gift to open on the day. This service shows no concern. I recommend avoiding them.
I received outstanding customer service. I purchased a camera and had a minor issue with a discount code. They responded quickly, explained everything, and arranged a partial refund. The team was helpful and courteous, making the entire process easy. I'd buy from them again.
The order took much longer to arrive than expected. The “essentials pack” was disappointing; it was meant to include a “professional tripod,” but what I received was a flimsy plastic item that could not support any professional camera. Additionally, the SD card included was a micro SD with an adapter, which wasn’t compatible with my camera.
I ordered equipment from this company, thinking it was UK-based due to the domain. It's actually located in the USA. I needed VAT included in the price, but it wasn't. I tried to cancel the order minutes after placing it, but I couldn't. I attempted to contact them via email and phone, but received no response. The next thing I knew, my item had been shipped. Their terms state that orders can't be canceled once processing starts, and returns come with hefty fees. This experience has been incredibly frustrating.

The question was asked, why should consumers have to pay MSRP with such a high markup? Why can't we sell at wholesale price points to the general public?
The answer was simple; WE CAN, and WE WILL. The burden of researching each corner of this global market was now placed onto their shoulders. Finally, they had figured it out, since the internet has made this world a smaller place to live and since e-commerce is a global playing field, we followed suit and quickly expand globally, from being one of our nation’s largest online supplier of consumer electronics, to being one of the world’s largest consumer electronics e-tailers.
