The front desk staff was quite rude and disrespectful. I had previously visited a lounge three months ago, and while the experience was decent, it was small with limited options. The service back then was excellent, which compensated for some areas needing improvement. However, during this visit, I was denied access despite having the same flight route and ticket class as before, which was even a lower class last time. I had been a Delta Gold member previously and am now at the Platinum tier. The front desk representative was aggressively pointing at my Platinum status and rudely stated that I was not in business class. I wasn't in business class during my last visit either. Perhaps she was having a rough day, but those in customer service should maintain professionalism even on tough days. Travelers often face exhaustion and appreciate courteous, knowledgeable staff, along with a quiet space to unwind during their journeys. This visit was a complete letdown. If there was an issue, she should have addressed it politely and offered assistance in resolving it. Normally, I wouldn't let this upset me, but her condescending attitude was disappointing, especially considering my previous positive experience. No one deserves such treatment, particularly from someone in customer service. The purpose of lounges is to provide a brief escape from the chaos of travel, not to face attitude from an employee. If you choose to visit this location, I wish you luck and hope she isn't on duty. They need to better train their staff or help them find roles more suited to their temperament.
Having visited numerous executive lounges, I find it hard to understand the high rating of this one. The reviews seem to come from newcomers without a proper frame of reference. Accessing this lounge through a subscription service required an extra fee for a specific time slot, which felt unnecessary. The lounge appears outdated and is not conducive to comfort. Seating is limited and the narrow layout complicates movement. The food is of poor quality and not enjoyable. Overall, this lounge is a major letdown. Best to avoid!
Having visited many executive lounges globally, I can confidently say that this one doesn't deserve its high rating. It seems that many reviews come from first-time visitors without a proper comparison. I accessed this lounge through a subscription service but had to pay an additional fee for a specific booking. It felt like a waste. The lounge is in desperate need of an update. The layout is cramped, making it hard to navigate without bumping into others. The food quality is poor and overly processed. Overall, this lounge is disappointing. Avoid it!
