When they first filled out my paperwork they had dates wrong and my diagnoses wrong even with the medical documentation I sent from my primary doctor. It had to be revised several times. My company asked for more paperwork to be completed by My Trust Medical. The paperwork had a deadline.I emailed My Trust Medical several times and was told that the provider had limited hours and would complete them when he could.It has been over two weeks since the deadline has passed and my FMLA request has been denied. They have literally ghosted me. I chose them because they state on the website that the will fill out as much paperwork as needed which is why they are more expensive than other companies.

It’s hard to get a doctors appt quickly . The only option is urgent care which is expensive .My job requires a doctors note for absences . After listing symptoms , the doctor approved my absence and I got a note quickly .I would definitely recommend .
