I opened a blocked account, bank account and health insurance in order to obtain a language visa in Germany. I transferred the money to the blocked account which was a very smooth experience. After Expatrio received my money, however, it became impossible to activate my account. For the last step, they are supposed to call you to verify through a video call, but I was put on hold for hours and no one ever called me. Since I cannot verify my account, I cannot access my money. Expatrio seems to be set up just to make money off the people who trust them with no intention of disbursing the funds.
Worst customer service this company is the worst I have ever used they dont reply to customer emails on time they are just the worst I have ever used and it will ge the last I use them I just regret being under such a company don't waste your time i am telling you use another account option

I have been trying to receive my blocked account payout for days, but Expatrio's system is technically broken. The app constantly gives a "Recipient verification is currently unavailable" error, preventing me from updating my IBAN.
Even though my payout failed because of their own system, they are ignoring my urgent emails and Instagram messages. I have provided all proof of account ownership, yet they refuse to manually update my details and send my money.
This is unacceptable and irresponsible. They are withholding my funds without any valid reason. If this is not resolved immediately, I will be escalating my complaint to BaFin (Federal Financial Supervisory Authority).
Stay away if you want to access your money on time!
