Manager ordered a flag with the stake and pole. I helped her install it and less than a week later the stake/sleeve was bent badly (not very strong winds) less than a week later. Manager contacted them asking for a new stake, she provided pics. Customer service said it looked old and challenged our honesty. I then provided multiple screenshots (our surveillance cameras) showing us opening the flag and stake, then us walking out to go hammer it into the ground. Even though the pics show the stake looked virtually NEW on the above ground portion they said the lower portion appeared old????? This is at best a $20.00 and we are being called liars??? Part of me wanted to fight this hard because of the principal of it all but I give up. Don't even purchase from this company unless you are a gambler. Ohh, I don't even think we have EVER returned any items so it's not like we "do this all the time" either. I'm still shocked at the emails we got questioning us even though we went above and beyond to provide pics and screenshots. Disgusted!
