I recently placed an order for a variety of salvias. I was kept well informed of delivery. The delivery driver was professional, polite and helpful and brought the boxes into my home to help me. The plants were of excellent quality and well packaged so none were ‘travel weary’. Was overall extremely pleased with the whole experience and would thoroughly recommend.
I have placed a few orders with Norfolk Herbs over the past year, and both the plants and service have been brilliant every time. I have worked within a mail order nursery myself for a number of years and understand the challenges, so I know good plants and good service when I see it. I order plants from various companies and I can honestly say that those just received from Norfolk Herbs are the best. They are packaged in individual pots that are sitting in a tray and each plant is protected in its own little enclosure. Each plant was in excellent condition. So many other companies I have ordered from send the plants out squashed into plastic containers and it takes them a while to recover, not so with Norfolk Herbs. I will most definitely be ordering from them again.
