HAVING THEN BEING HOSPITALISED DOZENS OF TIMES THROUGH NO FAULT OF MY OWN BUTT THAT OF MY ROGUE LANDLORD TGP THE GUINNESS PARTNERSHIP SARAH SETTLED THIS FIRST PERSONAL INJURY CLAIM FOR £15K STERLING...YET MY ACTUAL SUM RECIEVED WAS BARELY £6K STERLING THUS I FELT A LITTLE SHORT CHANGED HOWEVER ON REFLECTION & HINDSIGHT I OVER REACTED IN A NEGATIVE WAY FEELING HARD DONE BY AS THE AMOUNT SHE GAVE ME FELT UNFAIR UNJUST & UNREASONABLE...I NOW REALISE I WAS WRONG UNGRATEFUL UNAPPRECIATIVE WITH UNREALISTIC EXPECTATIONS..DUE TO MY NAIEVITY....

Avoid this service at all costs.

The service does not prioritize clients' interests. I felt like just a source of income and my case was poorly managed. The level of professionalism was lacking, and the representative I dealt with was particularly arrogant. I was told that the service owned my case, which meant I couldn't access my own documents. It's wise to steer clear of this company, especially given their terms and conditions that are only provided during initial sign-up and then disappear. Many of the positive reviews seem to be fabricated by their own staff posing as happy clients, likely to mask the numerous negative experiences from actual clients. After raising concerns about their conduct, they closed my file. My experience with this service left me feeling hopeless. I regret not reading the reviews beforehand. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Very frustrating. My case was handled for a long time, and the representative seemed unqualified. Incorrect information was given, and there was a false claim regarding blocking a door, which I did not do. The individual appeared immature and unprofessional.
