Zoe helped me just before starting Extra Help Beverley. While I was away on holiday twice over summer she arranged and dropped food, popped in for a chat and a check up on my mum. She really loved it and I liked the flexible approach to what was happening while I was away to what was needed and keeping me informed of how things were going. It was great peace of mind and I couldn’t recommend enough. Will use ongoing now.
Extra Help Plymouth have been amazing with my elderly father in law age 93.Luda and her team looked after him from early in 2022 to May 2025. There is no family in Plymouth so it was important to get help which we could trust . Extra Help did not disappoint , Luda kept us informed about everything and looked after him and his house so very well! they went above and beyond to help us when my father in law was admitted to hospital and when he was discharged. This enabled him to live in his home for as long as he did . Luda and her team became like a second family for my father in law . Unfortunately my father in laws health deteriorated and he is now in a care home but we still keep in touch with some of his carers.
I wanted to leave it a while before I gave a review so I didn't get too carried away with initial enthusiasm for the service I've received, but after a couple of months it's still been consistently fantastic! I was perfectly matched with Zoe, who had incredible understanding about my disability needs and also more than competent in the help she's provided! The work has been to a high standard and her personality is as sparkling as my taps! Worth every penny to have someone like her to help me with chores when I have limited energy, my quality of life has improved significantly. Massive appreciation to Extra Help for an excellent service and Zoe who goes above and beyond to make my humble abode a clean, tidy, happy place.
Lulu and her partner Villi, are friendly,polite,they are also very hard workers. They will contact you to arrange a date and time,to come,they will also contact you to let you know when they’re on their way. I would highly recommend them to anyone,who is looking for home help,in the Plymouth area
