If there was a minus star to give this company I would. Firstly I stopped using their service as the cleaner kept changing her times and days. Also, you cannot even obtain a copy of the individual passport or ID which I find very strange as you are letting a stranger into your home. Secondly I made an over payment to them and even though I keep chasing for the refund they give me stories like they are waiting for the money from their bank so they can refund me. I have worked in banks it is not so easy to fob me off with blatant excuses. They are a disgusting company and I would not use them again
The experience with the local branch was disappointing. The first cleaner was late and disregarded our cleaning priorities. She ignored my husband's attempts to communicate and did only what she preferred. We ended up cleaning ourselves the next day, which felt like a waste. Before we could address the issue, she expressed that she didn't want to continue due to our schedule. The second cleaner tried to reschedule immediately, leading to her cancellation. The third cleaner also wanted to switch days, which was not feasible for us, and she canceled too. This pattern raised concerns about scheduling on Fridays. We contacted the service to cancel and requested a refund since nothing was cleaned. They promised the franchise owner would reach out the following week, but we never heard back.
Frustrating customer service experience. We had a great cleaner through the service, but the customer support has been disappointing. After informing them of our move and canceling our cleaner, they mistakenly charged us again. When I followed up, I encountered a rude representative who didn't grasp their error. I've been seeking a refund for over a month, and the responses have been unhelpful. During my last call, it seemed like they were dismissive when I requested my refund urgently. Very poor customer service.
