Extra help Plymouth have been great! We've been receiving weekly help for my aunt for a while now and they're always reliable, friendly and professional. They've been great with cleaning and taking my aunt shopping and have made our lives so much easier- I really can't fault the service. The manager Sarah is friendly and communicative and keeps us up to date with the visits via the app. Would highly recommend!
Myself and my husband used Extra Help for the second time for a deep clean, as we were impressed the first time and wanted to surprise our daughter, who gad been away for a few weeks. Well, 2nd time, we will never use them again. They didn’t clean to a high standard like a few years ago. Also threw Matt’s clean uniform on the floor, I had to wash it again. They owe us about £200. You quoted £450, then it went up to £700, including £25 for installing fence panels, which should of been free for 2 minutes work. I have told my husband’s parents and his Dad hit the roof. They never gave me any money, never gave us back £25. Also overcharging £35 for pensioners is disgusting and disappointing, as we gave them lots of work.Hi Debbie please find attached your quote for deep cleaning and carpet cleaning . One of the top people took forever to come back to me and then when she came over we explained how bad a service we have received from another company. She went away and sent me a message saying will look for someone as they couldn’t start until 16th November and then never bothered to come back to me. Disgraceful and very unprofessional
The cleaners who come from the company are very efficient. They are willing to anything that is asked of them, even if these things are not directly to do with cleaning. The lady who comes to me has helped me to put together an air fryer and a vacuum cleaner. She is also very sympathetic to any problems I have.
This response to my complaint was amazing!Charlie Hawkes did not offer anything at all. He lied when he said he would email his worker re time of visit and shopping. That has caused great trauma. No way did he offer anything else. His worker blasted in demand money and refused to help me with a sling, I have broken my arm, or help change the shirt I had been living and sleeping in for a long time, She was abrupt and scary. I never had a reply from Charlie explaining. T the last time we spoke was about his birth details. as I am a retired astrologer. Why do people lie?
The cleaner we had in Milton Keynes did a superficial clean. Didn’t touch any grout or even Hoover under tables or desks. Even after feedback was given. I would not recommend this service. It’s really badly managed - Uber for cleaners.
the initial experience was good and professional and my cleaner was reliable and even though there was room for improvement she was good, her main issue was that she was very rough and quite brut, I received complaints from my family the days I was at the office about the way the cleaner was handling their stuff, she always seemed to be beating up the Dyson, my husband was always saying, she is going to break it, but I didn't wanted to say anything . and she did ended up breaking my Dyson . when I reported this , Rose Ogborn from the Bath office basically calls me a liar, saying that my Dyson is older than I am saying it is. I can proof it is not. is registered. saying it was faulty or that still useable even though I have said it is not!, I wonder how on earth can she possibly know That without seeing it. Anything to avoid taken responsibility and claim to the insurance. I will report this to the trading standards office if I need to and make a small claim but I just won't let it go out off principle!
