I online order for click and collect which I have never had any issues with, always been straight forward ordering and fast turn around to collect . My issue is (albeit 1st world problems 🙄) the freebies you get if you are a member etc , now freebies are great but when I’m purchasing thousands , yes thousands of dollars quarterly for their high end range (Lamer) I do not want any Anko products that are terrible for the skin and $1-$4 at Kmart ! Can there not be a different system for those who do purchase from the high end product range or just don’t give anything at all. Why would I if I use Lamer , want a crap Chinese product !
I have never had a problem until now !! The lack of communication and waiting I have done unfortunately I’ll never get that time back.My parcel has gone “missing” literally no where in the system of NZpost one scan and after that it’s disappeared.I have sent communication emails between myself and NZpost to prof this, I have asked for a refund no one has got back to me, I have been sat on the phone waiting for a total of an hour and a half this afternoon, it’s annoying as the products I ordered I had to wait ages for them to come back in stock.Why the sudden lack of class ? This is frustrating.
Your stock levels are incredibly low and never have enough of the popular shades. I tried to purchase a Mecca staff recommended product three weeks ago but no stock - has since come in within the last week but has sold out already. Your stock levels are so low you can't even purchase online.
I purchased a Isle of Paradise bottle of sun tan with a foam pump last summer and was hardly used so went to use it this summer and the pump won’t push down.. and just the liquid leaked out in drips… I know I bought it last year but is not fit for purpose and I have gone through this with online thing where all this was stated and I spoke to several of the shop attendants when in and they said it has been a fault with these pumps and I have a friend this has also happened to. If they weren’t going to replace it for me why go through asking me to video etc if they had no intention of replacing it as I’d stayed I’d bought it last summer. Very poor customer service. Replace things when there not fit for purpose when they know it’s a fault. Anyone else with the same problem?
Their Beauty Loop is totally a scam. I received an email stating that the Beauty Loop pack Level 3 could be redeemed by 15 Feb 2023. I tried to order online first but it's not added to my order. I contacted Customer Service and was told it's out of stock online.I went to 2 stores but they told me it's out of stock and just 10 Feb. It felt like a scam and was a false campaign as the number of customers eligible for the gifts would be available and also the address of customers.Mecca made a great deal of effort to fail to not implement their campaign
Yes they do have some unique range and some i really love but their customer servise and their beauty loop promotion is a joke. I spent $300 within 2 months just to reach level 1 fast and beauty loop was unavailable cross the country about 6days (what i am personally aware) before promotion suppose to finish. They don't offer anything instead. One would of think that they want to get out as much samples as they can for increasing sales but i guess that is not the case. I cannot say i would recommend Mecca anymore.
