The online chat service was very helpful. I was having trouble making an ACH pmnt. I was told that the check number field must have a four digit entry. I didn't fill it in because I have found it to be unnecessary in previous ACH transactions. Also the message "waiting for prescription " was displayed. I said it was a refill. The chat person said that was a default display which would be updated in 24-48 hrs.
Horrible. I submitted an order on 2/10/2026. The order has been sitting in shipping status since 2/16/2026. Every day I call, and the customer reps tell me to call back. None of them has any contact with a real person at the pharmacy who can tell me why my order has been sitting in shipping status for the past week, but is not shipping. While the customer service reps are polite, they are ineffective. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this company.
The best experience at all. I have been a customer here for almost 3 years. Price is much better compare with other places. Customer service is amazing. It is serious company. Highly recommended. The only bad thing is long time to wait for the shipping but overall I am very satisfied happy customer.
The online ordering process consumed over an hour. Uploading the check and the prescription was quite irritating, as I would adjust the size only to receive messages indicating they were too large. The maximum allowed is 4MB, and my prescription was 1.75MB yet was not accepted on the first four tries. This was very frustrating. Ultimately, I turned to personal chat, and the representative was able to locate my order, which had actually been accepted all along.
The support team was incredibly helpful. I had missed applying a 10% discount coupon during my medication payment, and they ensured it was credited for my next purchase. My experience has been outstanding so far, and I am excited to continue using the service regularly.
I am very frustrated with the problems I am facing regarding a prescription that indicates open refills. I was on hold for a long time, repeatedly being told I was close to speaking to someone, only to be disconnected. I'm also very upset that the price of inhalers has increased by 30%.
