Very Poor Customer Service – Not Helpful at All
I placed an order with SimplyMeds Online (simplymedsonline.co.uk) and unfortunately had an allergic reaction after using the item. I contacted customer service to explain the situation and was prepared to provide full evidence, but they were not willing to listen or help.
I spoke with a representative named Leivia, but her answers were unclear and not helpful. I asked to speak with a manager, however, I was told that the manager does not speak directly with customers, which I found very unprofessional.
Their refund policy states that unopened packages can be returned. However, they refused my refund request, saying the order had passed the return date and that the package had been opened. I tried to explain my situation, but they were not understanding at all.
Overall, very poor customer service and disappointing experience. I would not recommend based on how my complaint was handled.
I've utilized the service a few times now for various items and have consistently been pleased with the simplicity of the purchase process, the pricing, and the dispatch/delivery.
A significant advantage is the option to use guest checkout instead of being required to create an account.
I really dislike platforms that don't allow any alternative but to set up yet another account and come up with a password, which often diminishes my interest in buying from them. This is why I prefer services that don't impose this burdensome requirement—I’ll create an account if I plan to make frequent purchases and if it suits my needs.

I plan to report my experience to the relevant regulatory body regarding their questionable practices. Please consider other options to save your time and money. The company responded to my review with lengthy, misleading information. I encourage you to look at the increasing number of negative reviews about this so-called online pharmacy. Avoid this business to spare yourself the same unfortunate experience I had. It's a scam focused on offloading near-expired stock while profiting significantly.
