What can I say? I want to start by expressing my gratitude. I ordered four sets of glasses, and unfortunately, one pair fell off my head and broke. I initially left a four-star review due to this mishap. However, the support team reached out to me right away and offered a refund without hesitation. I chose to request just another pair instead. As many customers would agree, the aftercare is crucial when issues arise with products. Thank you, the company; you provide first-class service!
They are so good and well built, that I bought another pair. The second pair arrived together, but each prescription side on separate boxes. Unfortunately, the mating half detent came broken so they couldn't be properly mated. Didn't complain, I glued them together and moved-on since I needed to go overseas 3 days later. Long story short, Eyekeeper followed up with me to ensuring that the glasses arrived and I told them what I did and attached some photos as asked. Without hesitation, they sent me a new pair which I just received 10 minutes ago. Customer service is second to none!
Keep in mind: glasses are coming from China. If I had known, I would never have ordered. The only address I found on the site was (I think, New Jersey). I loved the frame styles. Although the frames are smaller than they appear on reviews. I have a small face, so the fit wasn’t that disappointing. I was concerned they might be too big. The problem is the lenses. The lenses are of very poor quality. I ordered a stronger pair of reading glasses from my present pair, but still had to put on two pair to read. They felt a bit off. I ordered another pair less in strength for distance vision. Unfortunately sometimes it look’s slightly blurry. I didn’t have this issue with my other reading glasses. I didn’t like the style of the glasses I already had, and this is why I bought new frames. I’m not a hundred percent on board with Eyekeeper products. Probably will not order again, and if you are someone who wishes to return an item it’s probably going to be disappointing as well.
Customer service is excellent. Products are really great. I get so many compliments on my different coloured frames ! Im just waiting for a very bright yellow - primary yellow frame and I’ll be ordering those and others. Would highly recommend Eyekeeper , their customer service and products.
Despite the fact that my first experience with screwless glasses was not the best, I ordered a second style (which presented no problems). When asked to complete a review, I indicated that my first experience was not totally satisfactory. I was immediately contacted by customer support, which asked for additional information and offered to rectify the situation, which it promptly did.
