shocking experience

A shocking experience. I paid for 5 games, and in the third game I accidentally used a bomb at the end of the match. I messaged my opponent to apologize and explained that it was a mistake, and he accepted it. Then your staff member kicked me out and said there were no more games because of that bomb. I should mention that I explained everything to your representative and even sent him a screenshot showing that my opponent accepted my apology, yet he insisted on not giving me the remaining two games and not giving me a refund.The game was released less than a week ago and I’ve already spent $100, meaning the game still has a whole year ahead of it. You could have earned from me and my friends, but you chose to stick to your ego and not give me the two remaining games.I should also mention that using the bomb is not stated anywhere in the registration as something that cancels the remaining games. You caused me distress and frustration, and you could have earned a lot of money from me.

TERRIBLE customer service

**Edit**Customer service representative did make it right I've learned that there will be issues with ezg and it can be quite annoying but once you do reach a representative for the company they will fix the issue. If you can't have patience this is probably not place for you to get what you need for your gaming**Update**-Day two and the board is still unbuilt I'm on chat and am 3 in the queue So frustrating Once again I gave another chance and ordered shut down service Once again there is an issue! I paid for FOUR boards and one of them has no buildings built at all I came onto the chat it said I was first in the queue and that the wait time was 5 minutes. I sat for about 40 minutes. An agent finally came on and just put an automated response saying they will tell the delivery man. They didn't even know what my issue was. I then tried to respond and no one came back and responded to me. I want a new board one that I can actually use. This is the third time I have run into an issue. I don't know what has happened to EZG but it has gone downhill terribly. Customer service is just terrible
