I dealt with Jenni from the Holywood Store who was fabulous to deal with. It was my first time buying a sofa and Jenni was friendly, insightful and extremely patient. Being my first time I was very unsure. Jenni knew the stock well, showing me various sofas that would fit into the living room space and advising on each. I bought the Scott Navy Velvet Sofa on 23rd Aug which was delivered 5th Sept and I love it. It looks great and is extremely comfortable.Jenni was a pleasure to deal with and I would definitely recommend her.Lucy Laverty
My experience in this furniture store was very satisfactory. We arrived with many doubts, but everyone was very kind and helpful, especially the sales person Mia, who took the time to answer all our questions and provide us with all the necessary information in a warm and pleasant manner.
Visited store looking for a new living room chair. Paul looked at my photos and was absolutely great taking time to suggest different options that would complement our existing sofa. We were only left with the job of choosing the most comfortable. Can’t wait for delivery. Definitely recommend the new store especially for that personal touch you often only get in smaller independent furniture shops.
