My wife and I dealt with Lorraine & Lorna in the Naas store last week when we were buying a sofa and they were absolutely brilliant! Couldn't do enough for us and even followed up with a phone call that same evening to ensure we were kept in the loop with the delivery date and process! Will definitely be back! 🙂
Super experience with Nicola at the Gullivers retail park store. She was so knowledgeable and helpful with great suggestions on the best products and options for us: delighted with the new bed and mattress, they are perfect.
I ordered and paid in full for a cabinet in the Wexford shop I returned 2 days later to cancel my order The staff member informed me the piece had not yet been ordered and that it would not be ready till September anyway ie. four months later When I cancelled my order I was REFUSED a refund I asked to speak to a manager and was told to read the rule on refunds ie I could NOT receive one !!! They issued me with a Credit note To date I have not used this as I’m so annoyed with this company There is nothing I want in the shop but of course will use it eventually as I would not leave my money with them forever !!!!
A stain was reported under my Guardsman policy on 8th July 2025. After months of follow-up, I’ve now been told materials won’t be available until 25th March 2026, after which I’ll still need to arrange a technician. This delay is completely unacceptable and reflects extremely poorly on EZ Living Interiors, who sold me this policy.I have now reported the matter to the Financial Ombudsman due to the ongoing lack of resolution and no engagement or escalation from EZ Living. Paying for a furniture policy through your store, only to be left with a visible stain heading for a year later, is beyond unacceptable.When I raised concerns with EZ Living, the response was simply to forward my message to Guardsman and state that all future communication must go through them. This demonstrates a lack of accountability for a policy sold directly by your company. If EZ Living chooses to work with a third-party insurer, it should ensure that customers receive a reasonable standard of service and that issues are properly managed.Had I not relied on this policy - sold by EZ Living at the point of purchase - I could have easily arranged for professional cleaning myself. Instead, I have been left with a permanent stain and ongoing frustration.
We had a really great experience in the Liffey Valley store with Eimear. We bought a table for our kitchen. At some stage we needed a smaller one and they were very stress free about exchanging the size. Staff are always nice when we have gone into the store since and they usually have a great selection of products.
Staff were very helpful as soon as we walked in the door. We were looking for the matching side tables from the same range as our dining table which had to be ordered and the whole process was quick and simple. We collected from the store and once again the staff couldn't have been nicer. The side tables are beautiful and sturdy, a perfect addition to our living area.
