My partner and I visited the Boucher Road store back in June 2025. We dealt with Cloe who was very knowledgeable and helpful when picking our furniture. She even went to the extra mile to help me with locating information on my phone without overstepping my privacy. We love our sofa and would definitely be back to this store in the future!

I want to express my sincere gratitude for LAR, the fitter from Ezy Living who installed my wardropes. He was absolutly amazing - even under pressure and circumstances beyond his control. LAR arrived alone for what was suppose to be a two-person job yet assured me it would be handled and he delivered beyond expections. Although the job couldn't be finished the first day LAR promised to return first thing in the morning - and true to his word he did. The result was outstanding: my wardropes are secure beautifully assembled, and completed with a level of care and professionalism I rarely see. LAR was professional polite, honest, trustworthy and dedicated - he simply got on with the job and did it perfectly. Ezy Living is extremely fortunate to have someone like him on their team. Exceptional customer service can be hard to find these days, but my experience with EZ Living in Gulliver Retail Park, Santry, has been outstanding.I ran into some challenges purchasing beautiful furniture pieces for my new home, which wasn’t going to be ready for almost a year. We bought an expensive dining table from them with a stone top. It is supposed to come with a 10 year guarantee but when a crack formed right across the top of the table after 6 years they decided that wasn't within warranty. In other words their 10 year warranty is meaningless. They didn't even offer us any options on a repair. So we have a dining room table with an unsightly crack.
