Very smooth transaction

Im rarely impressed these days when dealing with people within the businesses I contactHowever I rang this company in the Christmas holiday period on the off chance they may answer. Even though I reached a voicemail and I didn't leave a message. I did receive a text message acknowledging my missed call with a promise of contacting me the first day they were back in.True to his promise David called me the first day back at work.What an absolute asset to this firm he is! Very professional representative.

David was very professional, well organised and always kept me upto date. His communication was clear and he always responded quickly to any queries/questions I had.
