Definitely recommend this moving company. The communication with the owner Adrian was great… prompt, professional and comprehensive. The young men, Hanns, Tanguy and Victor did an outstanding job from the time of their arrival to the time they finished the job. They were friendly, professional and fast. Thank you Ezy Removalists! **have been advised since my experience the gentlemen involved no longer work for this company. May be worth another try. The proce was good, afterpay was a great option as well that not many offer.The guys themselves were friendly, and nice and arrived early on the day.However, I was told by the one in charge " we don't move little things." Aka the boxes i had to move from my apartment. I still had 4 car loads of small items I had to personally move after the removal issue. The younger gent didnt take any direction from me when moving a large bookcase into my new home, and placed it in the centre of a carpeted room, where to promptly fell and hit the wall, leaving behind a huge hole that I have had to fix. There was no discount or real apology apart from " sorry but its on carpet it won't stand up." When I had asked him to put it in the corner near the wall. I was really disappointed with this company as my housemate had used them the day prior, and they were nothing but helpful...if it wasn't for my friend appearing while they unloaded, my fridge would not have made it inside and would of been left in the garage. Yes I understood it was a large and heavy fridge, but i did make the company aware of this prior to my move date.Will not use again, and definitely advise to go elsewhere esp if you move from an apartment.
Professional, punctual and respectful. They took care of my belongings and were very efficient. Would highly recommend EzyMove when moving. I moved from a 5 bedroom house in Lugarno to a 3 bedroom Duplex in Caringbah South. Both places had stairs and narrow corridors and the team handled all situations perfectly.
