Ordered 15 Calendars for Xmas presents mid November. Told they were about to be sent from Glen Innes. Lost somewhere. Eventually another lot were sent that arrived today but spines were detached on five. Another 5 are being sent but won’t arrive in time. The staff I dealt with were very helpful. Previously I have had no problems but this experience has been very disappointing.
