Don’t touch this company with a barge pole. Ordered fabric - confirmation email said 3-5 working days but no delivery, no contact from them & no response from their ‘customer service’ to me emails, plus, no phone number to contact them. Seriously unimpressed. Suspect I will never get the material I ordered.
First time I have bought from The Fabric Guys. There seemed to be quite a variety of choices amongst the types of fabric I was looking at. Prices where comparable overall with other suppliers. I was amazed at the speedy delivery. Well wrapped too.
Received my parcel from fabricguys but the parcel arrived in an appalling state,damaged and open to the elements however after numerous phone calls,messages and emails to them they appear to have either fallen off the planet or are choosing to ignore all correspondence,the fabric is unusable and damaged and cost a lot so don’t think a response is asking too much ,I will continue to follow this up and would say buyer beware,it has left me suspicious of this company and will never use again
