Like many others, I had to follow up on my order. I simply wanted some inexpensive material for a practice garment, but when it finally arrived, the material (polycotton) was not as described (soft against the skin). It felt more like fine sandpaper. The so-called "luxurious" jersey I ordered for practicing with my new overlocker was also unsuitable. Now I have to pay to return the items. I hope the refund process is quicker than the original order. I wouldn't order from them again. I should have known the prices were too good to be true.
I received only half of my order after following up multiple times. I sent three emails promising dispatch, but although they claimed items were sent, only half arrived via one courier. The other part is supposed to be with another courier, which shows they are still waiting to receive it. Today is September 24th, and it was supposed to be sent on September 18th, with no replies to my emails. I won't use them again and wish I had read the reviews first.
I ordered fabric on May 24th, 2025, and while the money has been taken from my account, the fabric has not arrived. I sent three emails inquiring about the order, but received no response. I even tried calling, but the number led to a recorded message for another company. I'm very disappointed, as I've ordered from them in the past without issues.
