Received a counterfeit product

I ordered a skincare product and it turned out to be fake. I've used this item for years, and this one was watery with a faint smell. I've emailed for a response but, given the reviews, I'm not optimistic. I asked for return details and have yet to hear back. That's why I left a review. I cannot recommend the products or customer service.
